Heritage Hills of Westchester is a well-regarded, highly desirable collection of luxury “West Coast” style condominium communities.  As a separate hamlet in the town of Somers, NY, Heritage Hills consists of approximately 2600 upscale, free standing or attached homes, clustered into around twenty neighborhoods.  It took approximately 30 years to complete the entire plan.  The two and three bedroom homes are designed to be harmonious with the surrounding hills, trees, and granite outcroppings.  There are 36 floorplans in all, including many without stairs.  There are no age restrictions for Heritage Hills.

The community has four swimming pools, several tennis courts, and shuttle service to Metro North Railroad. There are two golf courses, many good restaurants (located within or adjacent to the place), and numerous indoor and outdoor activities to enjoy.  Heritage Hills is only a few miles from I-684, making commutes to the White Plains employment hub a direct ride.  The nearby Purdys and Croton Falls Train Stations make commuting, or just day tripping to New York City, very convenient.

Condominiums in Heritage Hills hold their value, even during down-markets, and rarely linger on the For Sale section of the Multiple Listing Service.
